To enable The Sims 4 cheat codes for PS5 and PS4, you must press L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 in order to summon the command menu and type “testingcheats on”.

In order to enable The Sims 4 cheat codes for Xbox Series S/X and Xbox One you need to press and hold  LT + RT + LB + RB for a couple of seconds and input the command “testingcheats on”.
